What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Areas of 48, and nearby villages.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–3 days inside the West Bank and 3–5 days in Jerusalem and the Areas of 48.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges vary by city. West Bank: 20₪ Jerusalem: 30₪ Areas of 48: 70₪ We also offer free delivery on orders that meet the minimum amount for your region.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Free delivery is available when your order total meets the minimum amount for your region. West Bank: 300₪ Jerusalem: 500₪ Areas of 48: 1000₪
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You can inspect the product before paying.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can request a return or an exchange within 48 hours if the item still has the tags on it and if it's still in its original condition. Undergarment products cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if the product doesn't fit?
You can exchange it for a different size within 48 hours of receiving the order — just contact us through WhatsApp or Messenger. We recommend checking the product with the delivery person upon arrival.
Which brands do you sell?
We sell products from local manufacturers and international brands, and every product page shows its brand. You can see them all on the Brands page. If you have a question about a particular item, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will be happy to help.
How can I track my order?
Open "Track your order" at the bottom of any page and enter your order number and phone. With an account, your orders are under My orders. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have a physical store located in Al-Sahel St. Beit-Jala, Palestine. Next to Al-Hussein Hospital.
