Who we are

This website (arc.ps) and the ARC app are run by Abu Rumman Center (“ARC”, “we”, “us”), a clothing store on Al-Sahel Street, next to Al-Hussein Hospital, Beit Jala, Bethlehem, Palestine. When you order from us, your purchase contract is with Abu Rumman Center.

By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Our Exchange & Return Policy and Privacy Policy are part of them.

Accounts

  • You can order as a guest (with your name and phone number) or with an account.
  • You can create an account with your email and a password, or with Google. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • You can change your details or delete your account at any time from your account page. Orders you placed stay in our records as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or to harm the store or other customers.

Products and prices

  • We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real item, and sizes follow each product’s size information.
  • Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪, ILS) and are those shown when you place your order. We may change prices and offers at any time; a change does not affect an order you have already placed.
  • Sale prices apply until the end date shown, or while the offer lasts.
  • If we make an obvious pricing or description mistake, we will contact you before delivery and you can choose to cancel.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before we deliver them; an order is accepted when we confirm it.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable after you ordered, we will tell you and remove it from the order or cancel the order. Nothing is charged for items you don’t receive.
  • Orders we cannot confirm (for example, when we cannot reach you) may be cancelled after a few days.
  • You can cancel an order free of charge before it has been confirmed; after that, contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery and pickup

  • We deliver to the areas and cities offered at checkout: the West Bank, Jerusalem and the 48 areas. The delivery fee depends on the city and is shown before you place your order; delivery is free when your order reaches the amount shown for your region.
  • You can also collect your order from our store in Beit Jala free of charge.
  • Please check your items when they arrive, in front of the delivery person, so any problem can be solved on the spot.

Payment

  • You pay in cash when your order is delivered, or at the store when you collect it. We do not take card payments online.
  • You may inspect the items before paying.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are possible within 48 hours of receiving your order, under the conditions and fees in our Exchange & Return Policy. Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned, for hygiene reasons.

Using the website

  • Do not misuse the website or the app: no attempts to break in, overload or disrupt them, no automated collection of large amounts of data, and no false orders.
  • The website’s content — text, photos, logos and design — belongs to Abu Rumman Center or is used with permission. You may view and share it for personal use; any other use needs our written permission. Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their owners.

Our responsibility

  • We do our best to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
  • Our responsibility for an order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its date, applies to orders placed from that date.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine, and the courts of Palestine have jurisdiction.
